System II Updates:
The Latest Version of Vovio / System III

NOTE: Due to the large number of changes, the newest Windows versions cannot be installed without assistance.
Get the latest updates to System II by following these steps:
Company Name/ID:

1. Enter your company ID, then click 'Get Updates'

2. Click the Download and wait for the download prompt.

3. When asked if you want to open or save, select OPEN.

4. After the file is downloaded, WinZip will open.

5. Click the Extract button at the top of the WinZip menu.

6. WinZip will ask where to extract the file, point the folder to where System II is located on your system.

This is normally a folder called SYSTEM2 on your network drive. If you are not sure, call me for instructions.

7. If you have selected the correct folder, it will ask you if you want to replace the old files. Answer Yes to All.
Backup Solutions...
For those who have asked for a good backup solution, I have experimented with several new ways to back up data online, including Carbonite, Mozy and iDrive. Of the three, iDrive looks like the best bet, and it's free for up to 2GB, which is more than enough for backing up System II.

The premise is pretty simple. Once you sign up and install their program, you then tell it what folders to monitor. Whenever the data in those folders changes, it gets backed up online to their servers, which is great, because it's off-site and automatic.
